5 short guided ''active'' breathwork practices, each session gradually building on the one before. Perfect for a short breathwork session, for those of you that are short on time but want to incorporate breathwork into your daily life.   

This introductory course is ideal if you are new to breathwork and/or you would like to continue with your breathwork practice at home yourself. Enjoy the experience in your own cosey space, in your own way and in your own time.
We use an active breathing technique called Conscious Connected Breathwork - Deep Belly Breathing.

The active breath can help to move internal energy and tap into the natural healing system of the body. It can be used as a self care tool, helping to calm the mind and body during stressful, anxious or overwhelming times. Deep belly breathing could help to improve digestion, strengthen the lungs and immune system, balance the brain and nervous system, clear stuck energy, expand insight and intuition, gain clarity and focus, leaving you feeling lighter and more relaxed with a sense of inner peace and stillness. After breathwork, is also a great time to meditate as the mind is still.
Each session begins with a grounding meditation, followed by active breathing (yes there is some effort involved, it is called "breathwork" for a reason, but you can take it at your own pace) and ends with a blissful relaxation phase. The total duration of each practice (including the grounding meditation) range from 12 minutes on Session 1 to 28 minutes on Session 5, making it very accessible for you to practice frequently, and incorporate into your regular routine.

I have also added a bonus module which includes an introductory ''Breathwork Toolkit'' that you can use in your everyday life, to help you to energise, balance or calm your nervous system in just a few minutes! Breathing is a natural and automatic function of our autonomic nervous system, but it is also something that you can control.  The way in which you breath has a direct effect on your emotions, nervous system and general sense of well-being. These tools can empower you in a way that will help you to feel better emotionally, physically, mentally and energetically.      
           
Everybody experiences breathwork in a different way, trust the breath will bring you what you need. Breathwork is about tuning in and listening to yourself, find what works for you!
